Teenagers are viewed as explorers, discovering more and more about themselves and the world each day. This view of society coincides with "Facing Corruption", for in realizing the truth, loss of innocence is inevitable.
is it true?
Yes. Out of all the age groups, teenagers are pushed to learn more than anyone else. The things they learn open their eyes to the truth of the universe, and ultimately the corruption that follows. Teenagers often experience a change in personality or mindset during their teenage years, for as they learn more about the world around them, they realize that most of what they were previously told is a lie. Children believe the world is good, adults know the world is cruel, and teenagers are forced into this transition into realization.
